When you volunteer at RTB, you’re at the heart of spreading our mission to connect individuals and families with opportunities that strengthen spirit, mind, and body.

As a Christian-based nonprofit, we’re able to do this by upholding our core values: Loving others, Lead by example, and have Fun. Our core values unite us as a movement and guide our interactions with our neighbors no matter who they are and where they’re from. We understand that for a community to be strong, we all must work together to make it a better place.
